Registration: Beginning of May
Camp: July 20-24
We are excited and looking forward to camp this year! We have 13 students currently planning to go to camp. That being said, as in past years we are attempting to have no out of pocket costs, however based on where we currently stand, there is a good chance that there may be some out of pocket. We are about halfway to what we need, with another $1,818 needed. We have at least 3 fund raisers coming up in June, but that may or may not be enough.
We will need all the help we can get at every one of these fund raisers. We do understand that schedules are tough and that parents and your students may not be available at all of them. I do just need folks to understand that participation in 3 fundraisers vs. 1 fundraiser will lead to differing out of pocket costs (unless, Lord willing, we are able to hit the goals).
If you have a fundraiser idea let Jamie know and we can look to work that in as well.
If you know that you have a student that may not be available to go this year, we also need to know that ASAP as that will adjust our slots and our costs.
June 6 - Car Wash (Details TBD)
Generally this is an easy one to just show up and help with
June 12-13 - Garage Sale
We will need to receive and price things the two weeks prior, and we will need more folks to help before, during, and immediately after (to pack up) the sale than we had last year
June 28 - Spaghetti Lunch
We will need to do some setup and prep on the 27th, and will put on the lunch following our morning worship service on the 28th.
Generally, many of the same folks carry the bulk of the load in these events, and capacity and availability this year are not what they have been. In order to succeed, we must get everyone's help.
If you do not want to participate in the fundraisers and simply want to pay $140 per student today, that is acceptable. Please contact Jamie.
